The Fine Print . . .

Expiration – Benefits are valid for one season. The donation year cutoff changes slightly from year to year, but is usually around June 30th. If we receive your donation before the cutoff, you will receive your
benefits during the the current season. If we receive your donation after the cutoff we will postpone some
benefits to the following season. For example, if we receive your donation after the current program has
been printed, we’ll list your name in a subsequent program.

Substitution – Woodminster will make every reasonable effort to provide the specific benefit described,
but reserves the right to, without notice and at its sole discretion, modify a benefit or substitute a
benefit of approximately equal value.

Free ticket exchanges – This only applies to classes of tickets that qualify for exchanges. Some classes of tickets do not qualify for exchanges. You cannot exchange tickets that are marked "No Exchanges."

Name in program – Your name will be listed in the program for at least one production. Donations will
be listed as anonymous upon request.

Concession coupons – Each coupon can be redeemed for a single item up to $2 in value at either concession stand. This applies only to the two concession booths operated by Woodminster. We often have other food vendors who set up carts or tents inside the main entrance. They do not participate in this benefit program and will not honor these coupons.

Free parking –The parking pass allows you to park 1 vehicle in the theater parking lots for 3 evenings this summer, 1 evening for each production. You must show the pass to the parking attendant to park for free. There is no replacement or reprint mechanism for the parking passes. If you lose the pass or leave it at home, you must pay for parking and you will not be reimbursed. At the September show, you must surrender the pass to the parking attendant. This year’s passes expire at the end of this season.

Backstage tour – A hosted tour of the stage, shop, dressing rooms, light booth and cave. Please call the box office to schedule a tour.

2010 Calendar – A beautiful 2010 calendar with pictures from our 2009 season.

Priority Seating Club – As a member of the Priority Seating Club you will be notified about newlyavailable desirable seats before they are offered to the general public. The implementation will vary considerably depending on several factors: whether you buy season tickets or single tickets; when a seat becomes available, when you make your donation, specific preferences you have told us about, etc. But the principle is simple – as sought-after seats become available, club members get the opportunity to purchase them before the general public. Note that the Priority Seating Club applies to theater seats, not picnic tables. Picnic tables are reserved on a first come first served basis.

Woodminster seat cushion – A seat cushion to ensure your tush stays comfy during the show.

Complimentary tickets – The complimentary tickets may be used for any performance during the
season. You will get the best seats available at the time you choose to redeem the comp..

Technical rehearsal –A member of our advisory board will guide you through a technical rehearsal
explaining events as they unfold and showing you parts of the facility. And you can meet the cast and artistic staff at the pre-rehearsal potluck. Please contact the box office for scheduling.

2009 Woodminster Commemorative Book –A beautiful book with photographs of our 2009 season taken by Stephen Woo.

Watch the show from the wings or light booth –The director and stage manager will choose the location where you will watch one performance. Safety and traffic considerations may require you to watch different scenes from different locations, where you will be safe, and you will not interfere with the show.

Picnic Basket – A picnic basket with all the essentials: wine glasses, plates, utensils, and a corkscrew.
Add your favorite food and beverage, and you'll have everything you need to enjoy a delectable pre-show picnic at Woodminster Amphitheater.
