The Fine Print . . .

Expiration – Benefits are valid for one season. The donation year cutoff changes slightly from year toyear, but is usually around June 30th. Donors giving before the cutoff will receive their benefits for the
current season. Donors giving after the cutoff will have some benefits postponed to the following season. For example, if we receive your donation after the current program has been printed, we’ll list your name in a subsequent program.

Substitution – Woodminster will make every reasonable effort to provide the specific benefit described, but reserves the right to, without notice and at its sole discretion, modify a benefit or substitute a benefit of approximately equal value. For example, if there are no walk-on parts available in the
remainder of a season, we may delay the benefit or substitute an alternate benefit.

Name in program – Your name will be listed in the program for at least one production. Donations will be listed as anonymous upon request.

Free ticket exchanges – This only applies to classes of tickets that qualify for exchanges. Some classes of
tickets do not qualify for exchanges. You cannot exchange tickets that are marked ‘No Exchanges’.

Free parking – The parking pass allows you to park 1 vehicle in the theater parking lots for 3 evenings this summer, 1 evening for each production. You must show the pass to the parking attendant to park for free. There is no replacement or reprint mechanism for the parking passes. If you lose the pass or leave it at home, you must pay for parking and you will not be reimbursed. At the September show you must surrender the pass to the parking attendant. This year’s passes expire at the end of this season.

Backstage tour - A hosted tour of the stage, shop, dressing rooms, light booth and cave. Call the box office for scheduling.

Original Broadway cast recording – The donor may select from the current season’s shows. If the CD for a particular show is unavailable for any reason, Woodminster will choose a substitute.

Concession coupons - Each coupon can be redeemed for a single item at either concession. This applies only to the two concession booths operated by Woodminster. We often have other food vendors who setup carts or tents inside the main entrance. They do not participate in this benefit program and will not honor these coupons.

Priority Seating Club - As a member of the Priority Seating Club you will be notified about newly
available desirable seats before they are offered to the general public. The implementation will vary
considerably depending on several factors: whether you buy season tickets or single tickets; when a seat becomes available, when you make your donation, specific preferences that you have told us about, etc. But the principle is simple – as sought-after seats become available, club members get the opportunity to purchase them before the general public. Note that the Priority Seating Club applies to theater seats, not picnic tables. Picnic tables are reserved on a first come first served basis.

Woodminster blanket – A blanket to keep you warm during the show.

Technical rehearsal – A member of our board of directors will guide you through a technical rehearsal explaining events as they unfold and showing you parts of the facility. And you can meet the cast and
artistic staff at the pre-rehearsal potluck. Contact the box office for scheduling.

Complimentary tickets – The complimentary tickets may be used for any performance during the season. You will get the best seats available at the time you choose to redeem the comp.

Watch the show from the wings or light booth – The director and stage manager will choose the location where you will watch one performance. Safety and traffic considerations may require you to watch different scenes from different locations. The guiding principles are: you must be safe, and you must not interfere with the show.

Walk-on part for one production – The Woodminster artistic staff will select the show and walk-on part for you. The director will specify rehearsals you must attend. The number of rehearsals may vary depending on the show and part. You may designate someone else to do the walk-on.

The person doing the walk-on must be appropriate for the show. Woodminster wants the walk-on experience to be very successful for you, and we want the audience to think that you are a regular
member of the cast. If gender, size, age, mobility or any other issue will distract the audience’s attention from the progress of the show, Woodminster reserves the right to select a more appropriate show for the walk-on, or have you select someone else to do the walk-on.

Name on title page of program – Your name will be listed on the title page of the program for one production.

Dinner with the Artistic Director – You and up to 3 guests will enjoy dinner with Woodminster’s Artistic Director.
