Donor Benefits 2013
The Fine Print . . .
Substitution – Woodminster will make every reasonable effort to provide the specific benefit described, but reserves the right to, without notice and at its sole discretion, modify a benefit or substitute a benefit of approximately equal value.
Expiration – Benefits are valid for one season. The donation year cutoff changes slightly from year to year, but is usually June 30th. If we receive your donation before the cutoff you will receive your benefits during the current season. If we receive your donation after the cutoff we may postpone some benefits to the following season. For example, if we receive your donation after the current program has been printed, we’ll list your name in a subsequent program. A few benefits have specific cutoff dates. For example, we do not offer calendars for donations received after mid-January. If a donation is received after a listed cutoff date, we do not offer a substitute benefit.
Free ticket exchanges – This only applies to classes of tickets that qualify for exchanges. Some classes of tickets do not qualify for exchanges. You cannot exchange tickets that are marked ‘No Exchanges’.
Your name in the program – Your name will be listed in the program for at least one production. Donations will be listed as anonymous upon request.
Concession coupons - Each coupon can be redeemed for a single item up to $2 in value at either concession stand. This applies only to the two concession booths operated by Woodminster. We have other food vendors who setup carts or tents inside the main entrance. They do not participate in this benefit program and will not honor these coupons.
Free parking – The parking pass allows you to park 1 vehicle in the theater parking lots for 3 evenings this summer, 1 evening for each production. You must show the pass to the parking attendant to park for free. There is no replacement or reprint mechanism for the parking passes. If you lose the pass or leave it at home, you must pay for parking and you will not be reimbursed. This year’s passes expire at the end of this season.
2013 Woodminster Calendar – A beautiful 2013 calendar with pictures from our 2012 season. This benefit has a cutoff date of January 21, 2013. You must donate by this date to receive a calendar.
Valet Concessions – You tell us what you want at intermission and we’ll bring it to your seat. The valet service includes 6 free items per season from a Woodminster concession booth. We have other food vendors who setup carts or tents inside the main entrance. They do not participate in this benefit program and do not offer valet service or free items.
2 free tickets to Little Shop of Horrors – We are delighted to offer a 4th show this season – Little Shop of Horrors. It will take place in March at the Holy Names University Theater. The tickets can be used for any performance of Little Shop of Horrors.
Donate tickets to your charity’s fundraiser – We will donate 2 tickets to the charity of your choice to be used as a prize in that charity’s fundraising event.
2012 Woodminster Commemorative Book – A beautiful book with photographs of our 2012 season taken by Stephen Woo. This benefit has a cutoff date of January 21, 2013. You must donate by this date to receive a commemorative book.
Complimentary season tickets – You will get the best seats available at the time you choose to redeem the comp. Depending on availability, the seats may not be next to your regular seats, and we may not be able to give you the same seats for each production.
Your name as a sponsor on the cover of the program – In consultation with Producers Associates, you will choose a specific aspect of a production you wish to sponsor – costumes, sets, the woodwind section, specific actors, etc. Your name will appear on the cover of the program as a sponsor.
